Classic Drivers Club Returns & Refunds Policy

At Classic Drivers Club, we strive to ensure our members have an exceptional experience with every purchase of merchandise and membership benefits.

1. Memberships
   - Annual Membership Fees: Membership fees are generally non-refundable after the membership period has started. If you wish to cancel within 7 days of joining, we may consider a partial refund, excluding administrative costs. 
   - Renewals: For members on auto-renewal plans, cancellations can be made before the renewal date. No refunds are issued once a renewal has been processed.

2. Event Passes
   - Cancellation by Member: If a member is unable to attend a CDC event, they may cancel their registration up to 14 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior may not be eligible for refunds.
   - Cancellation by CDC: In the rare case that we cancel an event, registered members will receive a full refund or a credit towards future events, depending on their preference.

3. Merchandise
   - Returns: Merchandise purchased from CDC must be returned in new, unused condition with all tags attached, within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund. 
   - Exclusions: Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
   - Return Shipping: Members are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

4. Digital Products
   - Non-refundable Items: All sales of digital products, such as downloadable materials or online workshop registrations, are final and non-refundable.
   - Access Issues: If you experience access issues with any digital product, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
