Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Classic Drivers Club, we take great care in delivering your products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery processes for merchandise, including timing, fees, and international orders.

1. Processing Time
   - Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
   - Custom Orders: Please note that customized or personalized items may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery times for custom orders will be provided at checkout or as a separate email from our team.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
   - Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping within the country, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days after dispatch.
   - Express Shipping: For faster delivery, express shipping options are available at an additional cost, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days after dispatch.
   - International Shipping: CDC ships worldwide. Delivery times for international orders vary by location but generally range from 10-20 business days after dispatch. Please note that additional customs fees or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

 

3. Shipping Costs
   - Domestic Orders: We mainly offer flat rate domestic shipping. All prices are inclusive of domestic shipping charges. 
   - International Orders: Shipping rates for international orders are calculated based on your location, package weight, and chosen delivery method. Any additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes, are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in CDC’s shipping charges. The actual cost of shipping shall be intimated by a separate email from our team. 

 

4. Tracking Your Order
   - Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number can be used to track your package through our courier partner’s website.
   - Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update once your order has shipped.

 

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
   - If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact our support team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to locate and resolve any issues.
   - CDC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or other shipping carrier delays.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
   - If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund, depending on your preference.
   - Please retain the original packaging and take photographs of any damage to assist with our investigation and ensure a smooth resolution.
